1. Shipping Policy
We work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All items are carefully packed and dispatched through trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Schedule:
Processing Time: Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
Delivery Time:
Nairobi: Same-day or Next-day delivery.
Countrywide: 1–2 Business days via courier (e.g., Wells Fargo, G4S).
Delivery Charges:
Standard Delivery: We offer a flat shipping rate of KES 350 across Kenya.
Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping for all orders over KES 1,000.
2. Return Policy (7-Day Guarantee)
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice number.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Reason: Valid reasons include receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Hand tools and small accessories that have been used.
Items without original packaging.
Damaged or burnt items due to misuse (e.g., wrong voltage connection).
3. Return Shipping Fees
To ensure transparency, here is how return shipping costs are handled:
Defective/Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a manufacturing defect, Juval Innovations will pay for the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will receive the full value of your returned item.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email us at info@juvalinnovations.co.ke or call +254 707 915 198 immediately upon noticing the issue.
Assessment: We may ask for photos of the product to verify the condition.
Return: Once approved, ship the item to our address listed below.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (M-Pesa or Bank Transfer).
